Reliance Communications Limited disclosed that the Supreme Court of India has dismissed review petitions filed in relation to Civil Appeals No. 4570 and 4571 of 2021, impacting the company and its subsidiary, Reliance Telecom Limited. The order, dated July 28, 2026, and uploaded on September 8, 2026, upheld the February 13, 2026 judgment and found no grounds for review. This development will affect Reliance Communications' resolution plan, which includes the sale of spectrum rights, and the resolution plan for Reliance Telecom Limited, both of which are currently sub-judice before the National Company Law Tribunal in Mumbai.
